  Shipping times are estimated at between 2-14 business days for orders depending on stock availability and your location within Australia. When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after your purchase, and 24-48 hours providing an approximate dispatch date.

  Please note that during peak periods like Easter and Christmas, some items may take a little longer to get to their destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  Pet Vista will endeavour to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and sent efficiently. If a mistake is made on our behalf, you must notify us within 7 working days. Pet Vista will only return incorrect orders on our own behalf.

You can choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or dont perform as advertised.
